In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.
Parley Pro may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Website policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
DanceClarity’s advertising partners provide contextual targeting services that solely rely on cookie-level tracking which contains no identifying information. DanceClarity may provide anonymized information to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

The Websites may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a webpage server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time by telling the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you register with DanceClarity, a cookie helps us recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, etc. Cookies also track user movements in the Websites in the aggregate and compile general demographic information for aggregate use. Cookies help us learn how our users are consuming the services so that we may enhance the Websites or for other lawful purposes.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the DanceClarity Websites.
Do Not Track is a technology that provides individual users of the Internet with the ability to include a machine-readable header indicating that they do not want to be tracked which sends a signal to websites visited requesting that the website disable either its tracking or cross-site user tracking of an individual user. There is currently no common or accepted industry standard for implementing Do Not Track. Consequently, the Parley Pro Websites do not respond to a particular browser’s “Do Not Track” signals and we cannot guarantee that no tracking will occur.
California residents may have the right to access their information, the right to request deletion, and the right to know what information we disclose to third parties for business purposes. Requests for access, deletion, and to know what we share with others should be submitted as described in this document. We will not discriminate against California residents who exercise their rights under this section.

DanceClarity will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect updated business practices, company and customer feedback, and changing laws. DanceClarity will prominently post a notice on the Websites when such update is made and encourages you to periodically review the Privacy Policy to be informed of how DanceClarity is protecting your information.
